Somehow, I don't think these were the signs of the times Jesus was referring to, but you have to admit, they do get your attention.

A church in my town has the wal-mart saying as well, I think it's a bit blasphemous.
The one about atheists did not strike me as a good idea.
The Simpsons had an episode where the church sign said, "No shirt, no shoes, no salvation." I'm sure it was just a throw-away gag, but it made a nice dig at salvation by works theology.

the last sign, at least, is from the church sign generator http://www.churchsigngenerator.com/. very funny possibilities.
One in my town was:
"___ Baptist Church.
Sunday morning service at 10:30 am. Come early for a back row."
I laughed out loud. Good stuff.
That last one...? Oh my.
Those were funny. I liked the 'forgive your enemies' one.
gotta be honest, i love the sign about the atheist.
