Quote of the Day-- From a 107 year old Lady

I was doing an event this past weekend in Longview Texas and was told about a woman in nearby Gilmore (spelling?) who was celebrating her 107th birthday. There was an article in the local paper interviewing her. She was asked if she would be around in a year's time to celebrate her 108th birthday. Her instant reply was:

"Sure I will be. You know not many people die between 107 and 108!"

I bet she's right. You go girl.

Amen

That is funny!

When Jeanne Calment turned 120, she was asked what she like best about being that old. She answered, "No peer pressure."

Today there is an estimated 70,000+ people in the United States who are 100 years or more in age. Recent scientific studies indicate that 1 of 3 children born today will leave to be 100 or more years old. In the year 2050, there will be an estimated 800,000 people who will hit the century mark. Not only that but science has indicated through research that the human body is equipped to live an estimated 125 years. Who ever said that the Bible doesn't support science.

Genesis 6:3
